Her experience as a communications manager (in both the corporate and non-profit sectors) is blended with her extensive background a professional actor, allowing her to lead lively, improvised training sessions for managers of all levels, giving practical experience in modern communication methods. Erin is also the founder of The Actors' Enterprise (TAE), a private coaching service in New York City teaching actors how to develop their artistic careers as a true business.
