Nanette launched The DeWester Group after 14 years in the training industry to leverage the collective expertise of a trusted team of professional development associates and thought leaders. This alliance provides clients with a broad range of proven creative solutions from experts in the industry. From her background in the arts coupled with her experience in the business world, Nanette developed a unique training approach that’s well suited for all “improvised” public speaking formats. Her strategy is to focus on an engaging style of communication that emphasizes the speakers’ connection to their topic. This enables her clients to consistently deliver convincing messages that are authentic and heard.

Gail Parker has over 20 years of experience developing impactful communications with groups and key leaders at Fortune 500 and Am Law 100 firms all over the world. Programs include skill building for: presentations, presence, keynote speeches, media interviews, critical thinking, panel discussions and emotional intelligence. As a corporate coach, Gail also works with individuals on life as well as business decisions.
Geoff Tarson, Senior Associate
Geoff has worked extensively as a performer and teacher for over twenty years. He is a seasoned improvisor, having performed on stage with Wayne Brady, Mike McShane, Brad Sherwood, and Fred Willard, among others. He has also taught improvisation at Acme Comedy Theatre, Los Angeles Theatresports, and Freestyle Repertory Theatre. And that experience led him to become a trainer and facilitator in the corporate world.

He has over 20 years of experience as an actor and improviser in film and on stage both in New York and on tours across the country and internationally.
