Jason Ross is a seasoned, leader, consultant and facilitator. Jason's approach with coaching is firmly based in effective listening and collaboration with clients to help them create and achieve their goals.  Passionate about leadership and professional development, Jason has been coaching and mentoring individuals and groups in the federal government, consulting field and academia for 10 years. Jason enjoys helping clients prepare holistic, impactful and succinct messaging to their respective audience.

Jason worked as a Career Coach at Georgetown University, and, as a Management Consultant for Washington D.C. based firms where he advised several public sector clients on large-scale human capital transformations. Prior to consulting Jason was an officer in the United States Air Force where he specialized in Human Resource Management and rapid force deployments. He holds a M.A. in Diplomacy and a B.A. in Political Science both from Norwich University.
