Michael brings over 20 years’ experience in Finance, Travel & Engineering as a Facilitator, coach & CLO with a reputation for anchoring learning back in the workplace. 

Michael’s last corporate role was for JPMorgan delivering the Learning and Development strategy for Investment Bank global division. This included the design and rollout of talent management programs, the design and delivery of Director/Senior Manager leadership development, Managing Risk across the division, client sales pitching & servicing skills, Managing Change during the 2008 financial crisis, and financial product knowledge.

With considerable Training delivery & design experience in the US, UK and overseas, Michael enjoys working with organizations to improve business effectiveness and assist with the development of current and future capability through a highly interactive skills practice approach.
